Documented by Lindsay

This is what Lindsay can do in the time it takes me to change Matthews diaper, give him medicine, and lay him down. She even documented it for me!

First unroll all the aluminum foil
wrap car in said unrolled aluminum foil
"cook car"
Take car out of oven.
In the words of Lindsay, she now has a "cute" car!

* Thankfully Lindsay can not reach the controls to turn on the oven. She also had a refresher course of the rules of the oven.

Time for a hair cut!

At almost 7 months old, Matthew gets his first haircut. I loved how his hair gathered on top in to a cute little curl, but Joseph was convinced it made him look like a girl! Good news, it still has a little curl when left messy!

Hopefully the next time isn't so traumatizing! His cute little face looks so sad!

What's in your hamper?

We have had a long week of sickness for both, Lindsay and Matthew. Lindsay has watched all of her favorite movies at least twice, read every book on her shelf at least four times, and discovered many new ways to play while being stuck inside. It may not help that the three days before they became sick it was below zero outside, which added to being stuck in the house longer. Hopefully soon, once we get rid of the coughing, we can enjoy our weekly activities again.

Matthew is 6 months old!

On January 20th Matthew became 6 months old! He is growing great and loves to explore. He has a good supported sit and is working hard on crawling. He has reminded me that it doesn't take long for a baby to roll from one end of a room to the other! I have been kept on my toes!

At his 6 month well check Matthew's Height was 27 inches (67%) and his Weight was 16:6 pounds (26%). He is a good sleeper, a usual night is about 9-6 with a morning nap shortly after. He is also a very good eater. He absolutely loves his food. He is always ready with his mouth open for the next bit. So far he has had rice cereal, fruit, and veggies. He has been a delightful addition to our family and we look forward to more cute and exciting moments!

Siblng Snuggle

The last two days have been cold with blowing snow. Today the sun is out, however, it is currently only 2 degrees before the windchill. So, today called for a big snuggle to Lindsay's favorite movie, Cars!
