Sometimes waiting is hard!

We are happy to share news of baby #3!

We are all excited. Lindsay is most excited, every couple days I get asked when the baby will come out of my tummy. She has heard the heartbeat and was able to come to the ultrasound and LOVED it!

Baby "n" is due on April 24, 2014. 

Happy Birthday to me!

I turned 26 this year. For my birthday this year we went out to dinner as a family and came home to have some yummy cheesecake together! I had a really great day spending time with my family! 

Yes, that is a 2 on one cake and a 5 + 1 on the other cake. Joe could not find the 6, but he is very resourceful!

Fishing!

The Chadron weekend always brings about some fishing as well! Matthew and Daddy did pretty good and were able to catch and release a couple! On the other hand, Lindsay had me for a helper and I managed to get our line and hook stuck in a tree very high in the air pretty early on. So, we did not catch a thing, except the tree :)

Riding Horses

Memorial Weekend this year brought about the Annual Blomstedt Family Gathering at Chadron State Park! We love this trip every year and spending time with family. Usually a pretty relaxing enjoyable time!

As usual, I failed to bring out the camera to often. But, i did manage it for the horses ( Probably because it was in the van and we drove the van to see the horses). We had to wait a while for horse trainers to come so we were able to pet them a lot. 

Then came the riding! The kids were very excited and Matthew was even sure enough to stay on this year! 

I was happy to get one pic with them both in it! 

Circus!

The Carson and Barnes Circus come to North Platte. It is a smaller traveling circus. They had a petting zoo set up outside to spend time at before going into the big top! We had the opportunity to go with some of our best friends!

The elephants did a lot of awesome tricks in the ring. They put on a good show!

The kids posing together. They really did have fun and they really do like each other. They were just done being cold. Yes it was that cold. It was May 21 and our jackets didn't seem like enough!
